The template is a Canvas remake of something I found floating around the web, but whose source I can't track down. I had to also recreate the font from scratch as it seems lost to time. If you know who made the original template and font, please let me know so I can credit them! And if you have any other feedback or suggestions, you can hit me up on Twitter.
Note: There is a font anti-aliasing issue on Windows Chrome and virtually no other platform. You won't notice it unless you zoom in a bunch, but it bothers a pedant like me. If you have a solution for it, please feel free to submit a pull request to the repo, where you can also find the fonts that were used in the creation of this tool. Maybe put on a hazmat suit before diving into the codebase...
